BDO in Ukraine has created a convenient mechanism for reporting potential violations in the areas listed below. We encourage our employees, clients, business partners and other interested parties to report any reasonable suspicions that could adversely affect the company or violate legal and regulatory requirements.

What can be reported:

The reports should only relate to the following areas:

• accounting and internal financial control
• audit and related processes
• financial or banking violations
• cases of corruption or bribery (including in the context of customer relations, if this affects the activities of BDO in Ukraine).

The reports may relate to the actions or failure to act of the BDO in Ukraine employees, management or the company itself.

Confidentiality and protection of the reporting person:

We ensure the confidentiality of both the content of the reports and the personal data of the persons submitting them. In this regard, we encourage you to provide your name and contact details, as this will enable us to deal with the matter more effectively. Your identity will not be disclosed to third parties or persons to whom the report relates, unless such disclosure is necessary for further investigation, required by law or requested by a competent state or regulatory authority.
