Ensures the continuous operation of the training function, manages the team, and plans and coordinates educational projects. Creates, develops, and implements new training programmes and products in line with business needs and market requirements.

Experience in organizing corporate training programmes, open-enrolment courses, professional certification programmes, seminars, webinars, and conferences for finance professionals, executives, and representatives of various industries.

Participation in local and international tenders and grant-funded projects, including the preparation and submission of tender documentation, development of technical proposals, coordination of project teams, and interaction with clients and partners.

Ensures and maintains BDO Academy’s accreditations with international professional organizations, including ACCA, CIMA, the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA), and the Audit Chamber of Ukraine.

Has extensive experience cooperating with international organizations, government institutions, financial institutions, and leading Ukrainian companies in the fields of professional education, professional development, and talent development.

Industry experience includes agribusiness, the public sector, oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing, energy, transportation and logistics, wholesale and retail trade, healthcare, the defence sector, and international technical assistance projects.
