Cooperation between the two international professional organizations implies sharing of best practice in the area of risk management and information technology audit, information security, cybersecurity.

Recall that recently BDO in Ukraine announced the launch of a new brand BDO Digital, which combines consulting services and digital solutions. The aim of this move is to help companies on their path to digital transformation, and one of the fundamental pillars of such transformation is the provision of digital awareness services for staff and cybersecurity training.

It is worth noting that for more than 10 years BDO Academy, as part of BDO Consulting LLC, has been operating in the Ukrainian market as a niche educational agency offering training in the most prestigious finance and audit certifications. 

Moreover, in the framework of cybersecurity projects, we deliver basic training for our clients' personnel, and the next step was cooperation in the continuous development of professionals in IT management in terms of professional certifications ISACA - CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, with the exam preparation provided by ISACA KYIV. 

ISACA's certification programs

ISACA is an international association of IT management professionals. The association's activities focus on audit, security and IT corporate governance. The association provides internationally recognized certifications for:

• CISA — Certificate of Information Systems Auditor is an independent and most prestigious certification of IT auditors.
• CISM — Certification in Information Security Manager. CISA and CISM programs are accredited by ANSI and are recognized at the state level in many countries. 
• CGEIT — Certification in the Governance of Enterprise IT 
• CRISC — Certification in Risk and Information Systems Control 

Starting from February 02, 2022, BDO Consulting LLC and ISACA Kyiv will hold joint seminars, conferences, round tables and forums on management, risks, audit of information systems, information security, cybersecurity. We are convinced that the joint efforts of the two international professional organizations will not only contribute to the development of specialized training in the country, but will also strengthen the overall level of public cybersecurity.
