Project "People of Ukraine - BDO Stories"
With these words almost every Ukrainian citizen's story begins here. And this statement should not be considered as an exaggeration. It is hard to realise, but the term “before the war” seems to each of us as usual, as if everything was just the way it was. There is life BEFORE, there are our frustrating realities and there is what awaits us ahead. It is something really nice and amazing that will be after, after our glorious victory.
Project “People of Ukraine — BDO stories” focuses on people. To people of BDO in Ukraine as they are the greatest value for our company. To people that have chosen to share a part of their lives. But unfortunately, this period is definitely one of the saddest for each Ukrainian.
Each of the stories is full of sadness, despair, disbelief, but finally, each of them always brings hope and faith in a better and more promising future for us and our Ukraine. This belief is possible only due to the tremendous support of the whole world, including the friendly and united BDO family.
We know how important it is to share the stories about this terrible war and participate in recording russia's crimes against Ukraine. For this reason, together with BDO Global, we created the project “People of Ukraine — BDO stories”, aimed at sharing the stories of our colleagues that experienced the horrors of the war with all BDO network. The support of the management of BDO in Ukraine, BDO Global and all the community helped everyone who needed help. And those extra efforts they have made to ensure that our people and their families be safe and provided with all they need for life and work, show that BDO's slogan People helping people achieve their dreams is not just about dreams, but about “human” attitude and support in general. We know that in our company people help people not with words, but with real actions.
