Victoriya Kudryavtseva has over 15 years of experience in audit. The professional level of the new Senior Audit Manager is confirmed with the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting, ISA and included in the register of auditors and auditing entities of Ukraine. During her professional career, Victoriya participated in the audit of the largest clients of BDO in Ukraine (Naftogaz Ukraine, Synevo Ukraine, SE Antonov, Glusco, etc.) in a number of industries and will continue to manage the audit and contribute to maximizing the potential of clients' business by strengthening their stakeholders' confidence in financial information.

Irina Sirotenko's professional experience includes work in such sectors of the economy as energy, agriculture, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, commercial seaports, aviation, wholesale and retail trade, construction, real estate, pharmaceuticals, non-profit organizations, etc. Irina has a diploma of a specialist in finance and ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR), ISA, which confirm her professionalism. Irina's clients include such large companies as NNEGC Energoatom, Naftogaz of Ukraine, SE Antonov, Yuzhnoye SE, Ukraine International Airlines, Odesa Commercial Sea Port, Agroholding, etc.

Victor Korenyak becomes the Senior Manager of the audit company BDO in Ukraine and will focus on strengthening of cooperation and relationships of the team with priority clients of BDO. He holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Taxation of SHEI Banking University, is a member of UFPAA and constantly improves his professional knowledge. Victor has been working in audit for over 16 years, leading the audit of financial statements of large companies, which, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine", prepare financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards; audit of financial statements of medium and small companies that, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine", prepare financial statements in accordance with the requirements of National Accounting Standards; audit of special purpose financial statements on Projects, financed by international financial organizations such as the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the European Investment Bank (EIB), the Clean Technology Fund (CTF), Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) etc. Among Viktor's key clients, it is worth noting NPC UKRENERGO, Ukrhydroenergo, SE FINANCING OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS, Mondelez Ukraina, ALLO, FOXTROT, Zhytomyr butter plant, etc.
