In 2024, we proactively adopted innovative digital solutions and technologies, including generative artificial intelligence, to enhance the efficiency and quality of our services. Furthermore, we concentrated on supporting the country’s recovery and ensuring business continuity, with a particular emphasis on the safety and well-being of our employees.

We proactively engage with our customers, partners and municipalities to promote long-term economic stability in Ukraine. In this context, we have placed significant emphasis on environmental sustainability, including the implementation of necessary policies and strategies for the coming years.
On track with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements
In ESG reporting, our primary focus is on adhering to the requirements of the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) that establishes new standards for transparency and accountability for companies.
