Executive summary
25 years of experience in audit at BDO in Ukraine.
Experience in methodology and quality control in audit. Responsible for internal quality control of audit services. Ensures the quality of ongoing projects by conducting “hot” and “cold” reviews on a random basis.
Responsible for the implementation and operation of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISQM 1, ensuring that policies and procedures comply with international standards and internal regulatory requirements.
Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of SQM, analysing the results of internal audits, drawing conclusions and initiating corrective actions to improve the quality of audit services.
Conducted consultations and training for employees on the requirements of ISQM 1, ensuring proper understanding of roles, responsibilities and procedures within the quality management system.
Technical support of the ISA and IFRS programme. Implementation of innovations in BDO Audit Approach, BDO Audit Manual, ISA.
Practical application of the recommendations of the BDO network and local regulators to ensure the quality of audit and other assurance services.
Over 5 years of experience in internal training of auditors of various levels of complexity. Since 2021 — trainings on the revised BDO audit approach.
Industry experience covers manufacturing, mining, real estate, wholesale and retail trade, agriculture, energy, financial services, and more.
