ISACA CISA Certification

ISACA is a global association of IT management professionals. The activities of the association focus on audit, security and corporate governance of IT. The association provides globally recognized certifications, such as CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, CDPSE.

What are ISACA certifications for?

CISA© (Certified Information Systems Auditor) is the independent and most powerful certification offered to IT auditors. CISA certification is a global ANSI-accredited program accepted and recognized nationwide.

Upon completion of the training program, participants will get an understanding of the following issues:

• Goals and objectives of IT audit and its role in the internal control system
• Methods used to plan and perform the audit and to gather information and audit evidence
• Audit and evaluation of the results of the internal control system in management, operations and IT support
• IT risk management audit
• IT security audit

Training methodology

• Training is delivered by CISA© accredited trainers and includes analysis of case studies
• The training program offers practical exercises
• Training is conducted in Ukrainian/Russian with handouts in English
• Upon completion of the training program, participants will take a CISA mock exam, including an extensive discussion of the issues.

The education program covers theoretical and practical skills of IT audit:

• the role of IT audit in internal control and security management systems
• approaches to planning and performing audit assignments
• skills in describing IT control and responding to IT risks.

Who would be interested?

The training program is designed for IT managers and professionals, information and operational risk management experts, as well as those in IT security, internal control and IT audit.

Qualification requirements for candidates for the CISA certification exam:

• Have at least three years of professional experience: internal audit/management in information technology audit (self-assessment, continuity, internal regulations, access).
• Be competent, familiar with best practices, have modern, in-depth knowledge of standards
• Knowledge of English at the level not lower than B1 (exam is in English)
