Evelina Shved and Yehor Terekhov, developers of automated solutions at BDO in Ukraine, shared insights on the role of artificial intelligence and Copilot in Microsoft 365, — tools that help businesses automate routine tasks and streamline workflows.

Evelina Shved shared a hands-on example of using Copilot in Microsoft 365 — demonstrating how it can instantly turn a text document into a presentation in just a few minutes. With just a few clicks, that presentation can then be translated into English or, for instance, have its visual style completely adjusted.

Leveraging the company’s brand book, — a key element of its marketing strategy to ensure consistency and brand recognition, — Copilot can automatically generate and refine social media posts. It can also add calls to action, hashtags, and provide suggestions to improve content quality. In Excel, Copilot creates sales forecasts and visualizes them through charts, making analytics significantly easier and more accessible.

They also introduced Copilot Studio — an easy-to-use chatbot builder that operates 24/7 and automates customer request handling. As Yehor Terekhov noted, this AI is like a helpful friend: always available to answer any question and capable of working across industries.
